Quartz is a pore-free material that can absorb moisture, but granite needs a little more help. Because acidic food and drinks are avoided, and granite and quartz are not easily caustic. Take the degreaser of your choice and spray it on your quartz worktop to ensure it can be safely applied to quartz. All you need for a day's cleaning is a cloth and warm soapy water, and that's all you need.
