About the Quality

1. Thickness: Quality allowed +-0.5mm. In production, we will measure the thickness three times to make sure it is qualified.
2. Size: We will make the slab 20mm longer and wider to make up the lack of corner problem that possiblely happen.
3. Production line QC will inspect the slab surface meter by meter to make sure the there are no bubble and other quality problem.
4. General QC will inspect the quality again, to make sure the whole quality is good.
5. We supply two years's quality warranty, if you found any quality problem within two years after you received the slabs, you can contact with our saler.

1)We will use the kitchen drawing to inspect the kitchen countertop by our experiences workers to make sure the kitchen countertop is perfect, kithen seams match, edge match at seams,sink cut out match,etc,and will take pictures of full kitchen countertop before shipping.
2)standard seaworth wooden crate package to keep the countertop from any damage during transport.

 

7. What is your delivery time?
one 20'GP one color, 15-20 working days.
one 20'GP one pure white color, 10-15 working days.

8. What is your MOQ?

9. How about the samples?
We could send you the samples but you need to pay for delivery cost. we will deduct it after  you place the order.
