Q: Are there any chemicals or cleaners to avoid using?

A: We recommend using cleaning products between pH 5-8, as products outside this range may damage the surface.  If your quartz surface accidentally be exposed to any potentially damaging products, rinse immediately with water to neutralize the effect.

Q: Where should the quartz stone be used?

A: The Artificial Quartz Stone can be used  for the vanity top, Backsplashes, kitchen counter top, floor and the wall tile, Wall cladding,etc.

Q: Can I put hot things on quartz surface?

A: Quartz surfaces are very resistant to high temperatures. A tea kettle or a hot dish out of the microwave is typically not a threat. However, always use hot pads or trivets between your cookware and your surface to prevent excessive or prolonged heat transfer.

Q: Can quartz countertops be repaired if they are damaged?

A: Generally, if you damage your quartz countertops by chipping, scratching, or staining them, they can be repaired.
